is an attorney-at-law registered with the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He holds a Degree in law from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Prior to reading law, Mr Ogbebor had read Banking and Finance and was for eight (8) years a staff of one of Nigeria’s foremost banks, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. Mr Ogbebor attended many courses at Wits University, South Africa, Lagos Business School, Nigeria and London Business School, UK.
Mr Ogbebor is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (United Kingdom).
He is well knowledgeable in Receivership and has handled some high profile receivership jobs in his country. He is the Publisher and Editor in Chief of The Nigerian Independent Law Reports.
He is an Arbitrator of note whose major is in financial related matters, an excellent business and financial law practitioner who has developed a proven and recognized expertise in banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other related projects.
A well-travelled man; he has an interest in manufacturing and agriculture.
